In addition, affiliates who engage in spamming may be held legally liable for any damages or harm caused, including but not limited to financial losses, reputational damage, and legal expenses.

6. Reporting Violations: 6.1. If you believe that an affiliate is engaging in spamming or sending unsolicited communications related to Lokal Review, please report the incident to us through our designated contact channels. 6.2. We will investigate all reports of spam or violations of this policy promptly and take appropriate action, as necessary.
